30-Day Happiness Guarantee
At Homezee, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30 - day, no-questions-asked return policy for store credit.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Customized products are excluded.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit to help cover initial shipping and handling costs.
We keep things fair and transparent so you can shop with confidence.
Please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@homezee.com.au with your order number and request a return. We do not accept any unregistered packages, any unregistered packages will be rejected.
Faulty Goods
All faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Products sold on the Homezee website are covered by 24 months warranty as per Australian consumer law.
If the fault cannot be resolved under warranty, we will offer a replacement.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, we're here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@homezee.com.au, including:
- Photos of the outer packaging, showing damage
- Photos of internal packaging
- Images of all labels (brand and courier)
- Clear photos or videos of the damage
- Your order number
Do not install damaged items.
Our Customer Care Team will confirm receipt within 2–3 business days, and provide a resolution within 2–3 business days. Please retain all original packaging for returns. If packaging is damaged, extra protection may be required.
If damage occurred during transit, we will either:
- Repair the item (if applicable)
- Send a replacement
- Offer a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or pre-order items
- Custom-cut
- Discounted or sale items
- Hygiene-related items (e.g. bean bag chairs, bedding, rugs, towels)
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or something is missing, please do not install the item. Contact us within 7 days at hello@homezee.com.au with your order number, photos (if possible), and a brief explanation. We’ll work swiftly to correct the issue.
How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim for damaged/faulty items, include:
- Photos of packaging (outer and inner)
- Photos or video of the issue
- Your order number
For warranty claims, provide:
- A copy of your invoice
- Image or video of the issue (if applicable)
Our Customer Care team will respond within 2–3 business days and aim to resolve your claim within 3–5 business days.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at hello@homezee.com.au within the return window, with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
- Inspect all items upon delivery, even if you're not installing them immediately.
- Do not send returns without authorisation.
- Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (if applicable).
- Returns must be shipped within 5 days of label issuance.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Products that are returned damaged, without proper packaging, or used will not be eligible for refund.
Exchange & Refund Process
If your product is defective, damaged or not as described, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund or store credit
- A full refund (if no suitable alternative is available)
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of return approval and will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Product Variations
Please note:
- Slight variations in colour, grain, size or texture are normal, especially in handmade or natural-material products (e.g. Stone, travertine, timber, marble, rattan).
- These characteristics are not considered defects.
- Some lamps may come with non-Australian plugs. This will be stated in the product description and is not considered a fault.
