When I just opened the package and did not touch anything inside yet, the light was on. It supposed to be off, as if some of light is on for so long can turn too hot and could cause flame. The light is too dim, I would like the light should be brighter when choosing the third level. The design and color is beautiful.

I was expecting a little better quality for the price. The plastic shade covers, the base wasn’t that sturdy… would not have purchased this for the price if I saw this in person first.

Great product and easy to connect but I purchased the incorrect size and they offered a refund with 15% restocking fee as they could not offer the size required for the lamp.
Cheap rubbish would not recommend purchasing. Contacted sales about the broken glass and no reply.

Beautiful lamp however I’m quite unsatisfied with how unclean the lampshade is and it came out of the box with a small chip on side. I understand these things may happen but with the price I would’ve expected it to be free from any chips and to atleast be clean.
Lamp shade is very wonky and sits at a significant angle. Shame, as otherwise the finish is very nice.
Arrive quickly and was easy to put together. Works well. The brown colour is metal with a woodgrain effect which I wasn't prepared for and isn't my favourite. The styrofoam used for packaging is really friable and gets everywhere so be careful when opening.
i have purchase my second lamp and they are beautiful! the smart globes add many dimensions to it!
