Simply wipe the base with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, acidic sprays, or abrasive scouring pads, as these can strip the protective finish on your stone table lamp.

Please take clear photos of the outer carton, packaging, and damaged item, then email them to hello@homezee.com.au with your order number. We’ll review the case and respond within 1–3 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer a free replacement or partial refund.

We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for store credit. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition(Customized products are excluded). The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit to help cover initial shipping and handling costs.
