Once an order is processed, the purchaser has committed to the sale and declares that all information entered (including the shipping address) is correct. We’re unable to cancel, stop, or reverse an order after it’s been dispatched.

If it’s not currently available, we’ll do our best to order it from the manufacturer. Please note that this process can take over 10 weeks, depending on availability.

We’ll always provide a quote and estimated timeline before proceeding — our team will do everything possible to help you restore your lamp back to its beautiful best.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged/faulty?
